• Powered and Unpowered bookings cancelled with more than two (2) weeks’ notice – Refund less $30.00 administration fee applies

• All Glamping Chalet and Safari Cabin cancellations with more than two (2) weeks notice – Refund less one night booking fee and $30 administration fee, less than two (2) weeks notice – NO refund or credit applies

• $50 pet cleaning fee applied to Safari Cabin bookings if pets are present.

• $100 lost key replacement fee will be charged for non-returned or lost cabin keys

• ALL long weekend, public holidays, specialty events and school holiday powered, unpowered, Glamping Chalet and Safari Cabin bookings cancelled with less than 35 days notice – NO refund or credit applies

• STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS given for inclement weather

• Please check booking confirmation details carefully - no refunds for booking alterations once confirmed.

Our staff deserve to be treated with respect. Aggressive behaviour and any form of verbal or physical abuse to our employees is not tolerated.

We urge all guests to read the cancellation and refund policy before booking to ensure they understand the terms upon cancelling a booking.

• In the event of Government lockdowns that affect future bookings no refunds will be issued however credits will be kept indefinitely
